The cost of shipping

spend ₹999 or more and delivery is on us — a flat ₹49 covers delivery on anything smaller.

There is no surcharge for paying on delivery.

When it will arrive

packing takes 1–2 business days from the day you order and then transit runs 3–9 business days once it is collected.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that day’s dispatch run.

Treat these as estimates, not promises, and we would rather warn you about a delay than let a tracking page do it.

Coverage

We deliver within India only, so we cannot accept overseas orders.

There are pin codes our courier partners will not take . We would rather refund than keep an order we cannot fulfil.

Tracking your parcel

Tracking details go out by email when the parcel is collected. Reach us at [email protected], or on +91 8269555445 during customer service hours.

If something goes wrong on the way

Take a video while unpacking. It is the fastest way to resolve a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery — send it within 48 hours and the replacement or refund is ours to fund.

If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete, or nobody was available after the courier’s attempts, the parcel returns to us . We will resend on a corrected address, charging the flat delivery fee for the second run.
