Before dispatch — free

Any order still on our bench can be cancelled for nothing . We pack against a 3:00 PM IST cut-off, so early messages are the ones we can act on.

Write to [email protected] or call +91 8269555445. Send the order number with a cancellation request and we write back to confirm.

Once the courier has it

Dispatch is the point of no return for a cancellation . Either refuse it at the door or take delivery and start a return, which stays open 10 days.

Reversal timing

Cancel a prepaid order in time and the reversal runs 5 to 7 working days, in line with Reserve Bank of India guidance on reversals.

A cancelled cash-on-delivery order was never paid for, so no refund arises — and we charge no cancellation or restocking fee.

Cancellations from our side

There are orders we have to stop . Damaged stock, unserved pin codes and unverifiable details are the usual causes; the refund is always full.

Sending a doubtful item to keep a sale is not how we work.
