This notice sets out what Mavora Archive collects when you shop here . It also covers retention and your rights.
Data we hold
- Standard technical information: IP address, device type, pages visited
- Order history, so we can answer questions about past purchases
- Delivery details — name, full address, email, phone
No card or banking credentials are collected . UPI runs in your bank’s app and cash is handed to the courier; neither route sends us anything of that kind.
Why we need it
For getting orders out, answering queries, handling returns, and meeting our record-keeping obligations . We neither profile you for advertising nor sell your details.
Who else sees it
Whoever has to see it to get the parcel to you, which means the courier and our hosting and email providers — they act on our instructions and cannot use your details for their own ends. Anything handed to an authority is handed over because the law requires it.
Gift orders sometimes carry a delivery note asking us not to include the invoice in the parcel. We follow that instruction; the invoice then goes to your email address instead.
Retention
We keep the order and invoice trail for exactly as long as the law obliges . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.
Cookies on this site
The basket and login need cookies to work; beyond that we only count page views — you can block them in your browser, though the basket and checkout will not work if you do.
What you can ask for
You have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000): access to your personal data, correction of it, and erasure where we are not required to retain it Address the request to our Grievance Officer, below, and we answer within a reasonable period.
Grievance Officer

A member of our team holds the role. You will get an acknowledgement and an account of what we do next.
Access and encryption
HTTPS covers the site, and only the staff who pack orders can open order records . We would notify you and the regulator if a breach ever reached your data.
